1. Return Timeframe
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund:- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
❌ Non-refundable items include:
- Items with embroidery
- Scrub hats and footwear (due to hygiene reasons)

Fill out the returns form below with your order number and email. -
Send or Drop Off
- Ship the item back to us via your preferred courier
- Or drop it off at one of our SmileWear retail locations
4. Refund & Shipping Info
- Return shipping is at your own cost
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected
- Allow 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account
