- New embroidery set up - you will receive your sew out for approval within 5 business days
- Repeat embroidery - add approx 5 to 7 business days
- Vetstationery uses Australia Post for all our shipping requirements
- You will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email on dispatch of your order
- Normal delivery times are in accordance with Australia Post delivery standards
