Whether you are placing an order for a brand new design or simply placing a repeat order, you can outline your requirements on your order notes at checkout. Our friendly graphic designers are always happy to assist with any queries you may have prior to ordering!SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Place your order, (please note full payment is required prior to your artwork being generated)
- Our graphic design team will prepare your artwork, and email a proof for you to review and approve within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your initial design brief
- Once you have reviewed your proof, you can advise our design team of any amendments or tweaks that are required. You will be sent a second proof to review and approve.
- Once we have received your written approval to proceed, your design will be sent into production. Please note that once the order has been approved we will not be able to make any further changes at that stage.
