Whether you are placing an order for a brand new design or simply placing a repeat order, you can outline your requirements on your order notes or your order form. Our friendly graphic designers are always happy to assist with any queries you may have prior to ordering!

Our graphic design team will prepare and email a proof for you to review and approve within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your initial design brief.
Once you have reviewed your proof, you can advise our design team of any amendments or tweaks that are required. You will be sent a second proof to review and approve.
Once we have received your written approval to proceed, your design will be sent into production. Please note that once the order has been approved we will not be able to make any further changes at that stage.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods are delivered within specified timeframes, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control, which can result in delays.
