At Smilewear we strive for 100% satisfaction first time. If you would like to return an item, we do have a 14 day returns policy. 

To start your return, enter your details below:

 

• Items must be in original condition with all tags/labels attached and in original packaging
• In the interest of hygiene, items must be clean, not worn or washed.
• Refunds cannot be made on freight charges.
• Please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for your financial institution to credit your account.
• For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores. 
• Items with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded.
• Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund.
• Please note - due to health reasons we are unable to refund scrub hats or footwear.
