We have created an easy to use Sizing Chart Guide for each particular style of garment. Click here to download it and refer to the correct size chart as outlined in the individual garment on our Catalogue. 

It is usually recommended to order up in size if measurements fall at the higher end of the size scale. To get the most accurate measurements, ask a friend to measure you, and be sure to hold the tape measure straight and snug, not tight, to your body.
